More on Chester from "The Kissing Hand"

Our class bulletin board turned out so adorable. However, my "handmade" Chester looks more like a skunk according to a few on my hall. Oh well, I tried. :-)

Our class pet, "Chester," caused a scene the 1st day of school by escaping from our classroom. We had to chase him all around the school. These are the footprints we finally found that lead us back to the room. There were about 30 in all leading down the hall from the front office to our room.

Chester started visiting with students this past week. He was packed and ready to go! In his take home bag are several things for the students to do with him. They read a story about Chester, "A Pocket Full of Kisses," take up to three pictures with a disposable camera, and write in his journal about the adventures they had together. I cot a blue jean bag from Hobby Lobby along with iron-on letters and hearts for his take home bag. Durable and cute!
